  • The indoor and outdoor venue space at Ocoee Crest can hold up to 250 people.

  • Yes! The indoor spaces at both the Ocoee Crest Venue can be heated and cooled (as long as the roll up bay doors are closed)!

  • The Ocoee Crest parking lot is lit, paved, and has parking spots for 90 cars. We also have overflow parking available that will accommodate a large number of additional vehicles.

  • Yes! At the Ocoee Crest venue we have a paved parking lot with drop off spots close to the building. We have handicap friendly restrooms. The path top the ceremony site is fully paved. Although the ceremony site is not far from the parking lot, we have a golf cart available to ride anyone needing extra assistance from their parking space to the ceremony site.

  • Yes! At the venue at Ocoee Crest we have beautiful spaces available for you to prepare for your big day if you book the full wedding day package! We offer three separate areas for your bridal party to use to get ready for your special day, a bridal suite, bridesmaids’ suite, and a groom’s suite.

    Amplified music must conclude by 10:00pm. All guests, bridal party. family, and vendors must depart from the Ocoee Crest property by 11pm.

  • Yes! There is a Quality Inn just 5 miles away, that includes 46 rooms. Cleveland has a variety of hotal options, including Marriott, Holiday Inn, and Wyndham properties approximately 15 miles from Ocoee Crest. Ooltewah, which is about 30 miles away, has hotel options as well.

  • We are approximately 20 minutes from Cleveland, 45 minutes from Chattanooga, 90 minutes from Knoxville, and 2 hours to North Atlanta. We are approximately 37 miles to the Chattanooga airport.

  • Yes! We have our “Better to Borrow” decor collection for our Ocoee Crest couples to use! We do not charge an extra fee to use these items. Venue specific decor items are included with all rental packages at either venue.

    Check out our decor lending items for the venue at Ocoee Crest. If any of our items fit into your vision for your day, you may use them at no additional charge.

    You will have the opportunity to see the currently available decor during your tour!

  • Of course! The restrooms available in the indoor venue space at Ocoee Crest are adequate for our max capacity.

  • One of the ways that we feel like Ocoee Crest really shines at The Venue at Ocoee Crest is our outdoor ceremony space with the truly amazing views! If it rains, our indoor venue area can be transformed into an indoor/outdoor space with those same mountain/river views when the large bay doors are opened. If the weather causes a change in plans, our indoor space can accommodate separate ceremony seating in addition to our reception seating for up to 150 guests, depending on your overall room layout. If your guest list is over 150, or if your room layout does not accommodate enough spacing for separate ceremony and reception seating, we recommend “California Style” seating, where your guests are seated at their tables for the ceremony.

  • Yes, indoor ceremony options are available at The Venue at Ocoee Crest where we can accommodate separate ceremony seating in addition to our reception seating for up to 150 guests, depending on your overall room layout plan. If your guest list is over 150, or if your layout plan does not accommodate for separate ceremony and reception seating, we recommend “California Style” seating where your guests are seated at their tables for the ceremony.

  • We offer our couples an extensive list of vendors that have been approved to work at Ocoee Crest. Our vendors list provides you with a great place for choosing your vendor team. For simple planning, we highly recommend choosing vendors off of our approved list.

    We require all vendors to be pre-approved, licensed and insured and caterers must be licensed for commercial food service.

    If a vendor you are interested in using is not currently on our list, we have a process for vendors to request approval. As long as they meet our requirements, we are happy to approve them for you!

  • We allow moderate amounts of beer and/or wine to be served as a refreshment for you and your guests. We want everyone here, at Ocoee Crest, to enjoy themselves and have a great time, so we ask that all guests drink responsibly. Hard liquor, excessive alcohol service, and a rambunctious party-like atmosphere are not permitted.

    Alcohol must be served by one of the licensed and insured bartending companies on our approved list. We also require that you obtain an event policy that includes Host Liquor Liability Insurance protection that meets our requirements. Cash bars are not permitted. If you have any other questions about our alcohol service guidelines, please let us know!

  • For safety reasons, all food items must be prepared and served by an approved, commercially licensed, and insured caterer.

    Cakes and desserts must be prepared by an approved caterer, or commercial bakery.

    Home cooking and/or home baking is not permitted. Caterers and food service providers/servers have been trained and certified in food service guidelines, including the proper temperature that specific foods must be served at, as well as how long certain foods can remain out.

    Our food service guidelines are set with the safety of your guests in mind, and ensures that someone is responsible for taking the appropriate steps to minimize potential risks at your event.

  • We have a sizable prep kitchen at The Venue at Ocoee Crest available for your approved caterer’s use, that includes a commercial refrigerator, a warming rack, ice machine, and several stainless steel prep tables. Our kitchen is not a full service kitchen, so caterers must cook the food off site in their own permitted kitchen, and use our prep kitchen for final plating (which is a common practice for catering companies).   • If your event is less than 12 months away: we require 50% of the rental fee as a down payment, along with a signed rental agreement to book an event. The remaining 50% of the rental fee is due 120 days prior to the event.

    If your event is more than 12 months away: we require 25% of the rental fee total as a downpayment, 25% is due 10 months prior to your event, and the remaining 50% is due 120 days prior to your event.

    PROCESS FOR RESERVING YOUR DATE:

    When you are ready to reserve your date,send us an email to let us know. After we check to see that the date is still available, we will start the process with our official “date request form”. Once your “official” request has been received, we will confirm that the date is still open, and then we will send your rental agreement out by email.

    We take reservations on a first come first served basis once a date request form has been received.

    We will hold your date for up to 48 hour once your rental agreement has been sent to give time to complete the reservation process.

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to hold or reserve dates without a signed rental agreement and down payment.

  • Our payment options include cash, check, or ACH e-check/bank transfer.

  • In general, at the Venue at Ocoee Crest, most of our couples that book for a reception only, still book a full rental, so that they have access to all the venue spaces, as well as ample time for their decor team to be at the venue setting up for the reception, and allows time for on site photos.

    On weekends, we give priority to events that book a full day rental, but we do offer a wedding day package with a shorter rental time that may be a good option for you to look at. This option is limited to weekday reservations 12 + months from event date; Friday & Sunday up to 8 months from wedding date and Saturdays up to 6 month from wedding date.

    We also can provide additional partial day rates on weekdays. We are happy to provide hourly or partial day rates for your reception for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rentals, within 90-120 days of your event date, if the venue space is available (depending on the time of year).

  • Of course! We welcome events of all kinds! While our primary rentals are for weddings, corporate events, and music events, we also rent for other purposes. We give priority to events that book the full space, for the full day rental period. However, we can provide special hourly rates on weekdays. Additionally, for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rentals, if the venue space is not booked within 90 days of your event date, we are happy to provide hourly rated for other types of function.
